Curds with honey

Curds food for your baby

Poha with curd

Rice flakes or poha 4 teaspoons, curd 5 tablespoons, oil half teaspoon, salt, turmeric.

Wash the poha well and soak it in half glass of water to which one tablespoon of curd is added. Heat the oil and add poha, salt and turmeric. Stir on low fire for two to three minutes.

Curds with milk

Blend half cup of milk with quarter cup of curds and a spoonful of sugar to form a delicious drink.

Curds with honey

Mix a tablespoon of honey to half a cup of curds.

Banana curd

Mix two parts of curds with half a mashed banana and serve.

Banana delight

mix one and half tablespoons of condensed milk with one cup of water and add one teaspoon of gelatin. Soak for an hour, then stir over fire, until dissolved. Add one beaten egg yolk and stir thick. When cold, one mashed banana and fold in one beaten egg white. Pour into a wet mold and chill.

Vanilla cream

Mix two teaspoons cornflour with a little milk. Boil quarter liter milk. when boiling, pour the cornflour mixture into the milk, along with two teaspoons of sugar and one teaspoon of butter. Cook slowly, stirring all the time. add half teaspoon of vanilla essence. Chill.
