Ways To Use Spinach!

Make a meat loaf add spinach, make wraps with spinach, do a dip or spread, soup. Have it like just a vegetable. The possibilities are endless. Or try this quick and easy meal will feed a family of 4.

Here Is A Tasty Spinach Ham & Eggs!

  • 1 box Frozen spinach
  • 1/2 dozen eggs
  • 1 package of diced Ham
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper

Put It Together Is Easy!

Depending on what spinach you use:

Fresh spinach you need to blanch.

spinach you buy in a can, you need to drain.

Frozen spinach you need to wash and thaw

Using frozen spinach thaw and drain and rinse. In a bowl mix you eggs like you would an omelet, or use a mixer. In a pan with oil or butter add your spinach and let cook then add eggs and ham add your pinch of salt and pepper. You may choose to add other items to this, maybe it would be bacon, or corned beef. Cook until completely blended, light and fluffy about 8 minutes. Feel free to add your favorite cheese.
