Blueberries are filled with vitamin C and they have all kinds of anti oxidants to help your circulatory system stay healthy. Almost all berries will be healthy for you and are rich in the nutrients that your body needs to be healthy.

Vegetables

There is a wide variety of vegetables available especially in the summer months and you should be sure to check out the local farmers market especially in summer. If you'll make vegetables a part of your daily diet you'll be on your way to being healthy. Try to get your nutrients from your vegetables and fruits. Broccoli will give you a great source of potassium as does bananas. Have you ever had a salad of tender young spinach topped with fresh pine nuts and stirred with lightly cooked penne pasta.
