Sick, Fat, and Nearly Dead - The movie that inspired this lens, a MUST SEE.

Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead
Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead

This movie is amazingly inspirational. I dare you to watch it. You'll be starting your juicer up in no time!

Why Juice?

Health Benefits of Juicing

Fruits and vegetables help cleanse the body and flush out nasty toxins that can cause sluggishness and even illness. Juicing can help prevent aches and pains that most people deal with on a daily basis.

It's no secret that fruits and vegetables are loaded with nutrients. Juices hardly need to be digested, so these nutrients are absorbed almost immediately which means you will feel that burst of energy right away when juicing. Freshly squeezed juices are said to fight cancer and prevent various digestive health problems.

There are a lot that I'd like to try...but I'm kinda limited right now with GI issues. Nothing acidic and there are actually a lot of veggies I need to steer clear of until we get these GI problems cleared up. I hope it's soon. LOL. Would like to have a lightly more diverse diet...and incorporate some of these!!
