Hot And Spicy Chicken Wings are oh so good. And so simple to make.

Hot And Spicy Chicken Wings

Here's my recipe for Hot And Spicy Chicken Wings that you are sure to love. And they are so easy to make. You want to take 5 pounds of unbreaded chicken wings and deep fry them until done. No you don't need to bread the chicken wings for this recipe. Once you have them all well drained you want to make the below sauce for the wings.

You will need for your Chicken Wing Sauce

1 Quart of Louisiana or other hot sauce

2 Cups of Margarine

1/4 Cup of Honey

Mix your sauce together well and dip your wings in it a few at a time. You may need to keep stirring your wing sauce up as you dip your wings. Place all your wings in a large pan and place them in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. When you take them out serve them with carrot and celery sticks and small cups of Bleau Cheese or Ranch Dressing.

These are some of the best wings you will ever eat. And this is a perfect food for a party.

Southern Fried Chicken Wings

Southern Fried Chicken Wings

Here is the recipe for the best Southern Fried Chicken Wings you will ever eat. Go to your supermarket and purchase 5 pounds of chicken wing drumettes. You may have to shop around to find them but you really will be glad you went to the effort. When you get ready to cook them let your chicken wings thaw out and prepare the below breading mix.

You will need for your breading mix.

2 Envelopes of the dry italian dressing

1 Tablespoon of Paprika

1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt

1 Teaspoon Dry Chicken Bouillon Powder

1 Teaspoon Dry Parsely Flakes

1 Teaspoon Sage

3 Cups of Bisquick Baking Mix

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and set aside after you are sure the ingredients are mixed together very well.

Put your thawed chicken wings in a large bowl and pour regular buttermilk over them until they are covered. Let them set in the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. YOu will need a deep fryer or a pan you can deep fry in. Take your chicken wings out of the bowl of buttermilk a few at a time and place them in the bowl of dry breading mix. Shake the bowl to make sure the wings are well breaded. Fry them a few at a time until they are done. Serve these with carrot and celery sticks and ranch dressing for dipping. I guarantee you that people will say these are the best wings they have ever eaten in their lifes.

And if you make these wings feel free to post a comment and let us know what you think about them.

The recipe is also quick and easy and I guarantee you that your taste buds will thank you for these wonderful Thai Chicken Wings.

You will need 5 pounds of chicken wings that are not breaded. For easier preparation and cooking look for the wings that are already cut up for you. Or even buy 5 pounds of chicken wing drumettes.

For Your Chicken Wing Marinade You Will Need

4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce

2 Tablespoons of Fish Sauce

1 Tablespoon Fine Minced Fresh Garlic

2 Tablespoons Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar

2 tablespoons Lime Juice

1 Cup Of Water

Mix all the above ingredients together and then in a larger bowl where you have your thawed wings pour your marinade over them and stir up to coat wings well. Let your wings covered set in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours before you cook them.

You can if you wish cook these in a preheated 350 degree oven but they are the best cooked on a charcoal grill. They will be so good off the charcoal grill and you won't believe how great these taste. If you make these wings please post a comment below and let us know what you think about them.

      Hi Crazyhorsesghost

This is fate! I was searching HubPages on the weekend for good KFC or Southern Fried Chicken recipes but due to lack of time couldn't keep reading through all the hubs. I just saw your Hub under the new listings. I will try this and I will come back and let you know how it went. The Thai chicken wings sound wonderful too.

      Thank you!
