Ingredients of simple vegetable soup:

A large box of fresh tomato or tomato soup.

Vegetables, depending on what you prefer. Here we used all the vegetables (onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, corn, green beans, zucchini, potatoes).

Salt and pepper according to taste.

There is a selection of optional spices as you prefer (pepper powder, garlic powder, thyme).


Prepare a large bowl and add tomato soup.

Fill the can with water and add water to the container.

Put the bowl on the stove and leave the pot over the fire until it boils.

As soon as it boils, reduces the temperature until it reaches a medium temperature.

While cooking the tomato soup, prepare the vegetables by chopping the vegetables with you to medium size pieces.

2 celery stalks.

1 cup fresh chopped thyme.

1 cup cooked black beans.

1 cup of cooked chickpeas.

2 cups of tomato cubes.

1-liter vegetable broth.

Salt and pepper according to taste.


Prepare a large bowl and add the olive oil and place it on the burner until it is heated.

Add carrots, celery, onions and cooking for 5 minutes, stirring until onions turn to transparent color.
