great kale recipes. In malaysia, kaile is popular as mustard greens. Our kaile is usually stir fry with oyster sauce and stir fry with salted fish because kaile taste bland. I love your smoothie kaile beverage. Will try out soon. Voted up

Super recipes! I have been wanting to do kale chips for some time now! I like the looks of the kale smoothie! I use kale in my green juices and find it is easy to add to soups or rice dishes. I usually lightly sauté my kale last since cooking it too much is not good. Thank you for sharing this!

All your recipes look just delicious.

I've heard of kale chips but I thought I needed to cook them a long time at really low temperature. This recipe seems quick and easy... I like that :-)

I often do an omlet in the morning... never thought of adding kale in it. I would do mushrooms or spinash and onions or red peppers, etc. So now, I have to add this one to my repertoire :-)

Can you taste the kale int your smoothie? If I prepare a fruit smoothie, I would not want the kale to be dominant.

Thank you so much for all those recipes CareerMommy! I always love your recipes :-) Thanks for sharing and enjoy your long weekend!

kidscrafts, thanks for your feedback. Kale chips are so easy to make. And I've been drinking a kale smoothly daily now. I can't even taste the kale in mine. I add a lot of kale to my smoothies until it turns green and it tastes so fresh and delicious. I cannot taste the kale. The fruit masks the kale taste. Please let me know if you try it.

Delightful recipes! I will certainly incorporate 'The Kale' (lol) in my future feasts.

P.S. Thanks for the earlier hub in Kale, informing me of its cardiovascular amenities. I'm struggling with high blood pressure now and heart disease runs rampant in my family, so this was definitely an eye opener. Wish the Doctors would have clued me in on this.

Hey there Breatheeasy3, I have the high blood pressure too, so this was another benefit for me as well. If you do drink smoothies kale is so great mixed in with the fruit, and it still tastes like a fruit smoothie!
