Rainbow Jello

Can't give you recipes for pockets full of sunshine, but here's the recipe for mouthfuls of rainbow.

This is, hands down, one of the most beautiful desserts ever. I've made this several times, and it's been tremendously popular with everybody- especially the kids, who think I've 'put magic' in the cup. You can serve this as an elegant dessert after a dinner party, or pull this out of the fridge for a perfect cooling treat in the summer days. Either way, I guarantee your guests will be wowed and extremely impressed.

The best part though? It's low in calories, fat free, AND extremely easy to make. This is one recipe that you simply must try out.

Here's one of my favorite recipes ever- flan in a teacup. Not only does it look extremely classy and creative, it gives you the perfect servings so you don't accidentally overeat. Perfect for parties, guests, or while sitting down relaxing with a book and a cup of tea.
