Here is a photo of the below delicious Homemade Sloppy Joes that are so delicious. Give them a try because they are delicious.

Homemade Sloppy Joes

Here is one of the most delicious recipes for Sloppy Joes ever. The interesting thing about these Sloppy Joes is that the recipe does not contain green bell peppers, onions, or celery and it's a hit with kids. So if your looking for something quick that the kids will love here it is.

Ingredients For Homemade Sloppy Joes

1. Two Pounds Ground Beef.

2. One Regular Size Can Tomato Soup.

3. One Half Cup Ketchup.

4. Three Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce.

5. One Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar.

6. Two Tablespoons Brown Sugar.

7. One Tablespoon Yellow Mustard.

8. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

9. One Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.

Start by cooking your hamburger in a skillet while chopping it up with a spatula while cooking until you have it all chopped up and let it cook until all your hamburger is brown. Then drain away all the grease and other liquid.

Now add in all of the other ingredients stirring to be sure that all your ingredients are very well mixed together. Turn your heat down to a low simmer and allow your hamburger and other ingredients cook and come together.

Let me tell you this. You'll find that this recipe will always be better if you allow the ingredients in the pan to cool and put it in the refrigerator overnight in a gallon zip lock bag overnight before you reheat it and serve the next day. But if you need to you can go ahead and serve it after you make it.

You can also prepare this dish and freeze it for a busy day when your pressed for time. All you need to do is thaw it out in the refrigerator the night before , warm the buns and serve it. You'll have a great meal that the kids will love. Try melting a piece of cheddar cheese on top of the meat on each sandwich for a extra special treat.

Jazzed Up Sloppy Joes

You can if you wish jazz up the above Sloppy Joe recipe and kick it up a notch or two by adding one or all of the below ingredients to the mixture.

1. One Half Cup Fine Diced Sweet Onion.

2. One Half Cup Fine Diced Bell Pepper.

3. One Half Cup Fine Diced Celery.

4. One Tablespoon Fine Crushed Fresh Garlic.

5. One Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.

Festive Sloppy Joes

Add one or more of the above ingredients and you'll kick this recipe up and turn it from Delicious Sloppy Joes into Festive Sloppy Joes. Add melted cheddar cheese on top of each sandwich and you have a sandwich that your family is going to beg you for again and again.

If you do make this recipe please post a comment and let us all know how it worked out for you.

Ground Beef Recipes Collection

Are you always looking for a new ground beef recipe? Well if you are then you're in luck here because I will be sharing with you some of the best recipes for ground beef that you'll ever see. Ground beef doesn't have to be boring. There's all kinds of ways that you can jazz up ground beef and make delicious recipes that you and your family will love. You can also save money when you prepare recipes with ground beef. And guess what? The cheaper ground beef will always have a lot more flavor when you use it than the more expensive ground chuck or ground round. In almost all cases your recipe is going to tell you to drain the beef so why use anything but regular hamburger. It has more flavor anyway than the more expensive ground chuck or ground round.

I like to add salt and pepper to my ground beef while it is cooking. I use fresh ground black pepper and fresh ground sea salt. The freshly ground sea salt gives cooked meat a wonderful flavor. Much better than regular table salt. Try it and you'll see what I mean.

Delicious Shepherds Pie ( Pictured Above )

1. Two Pounds Potatoes Peeled And Cut Into Small Pieces.

2. One Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic.

3. One And One Half Pounds Ground Beef.

4. Three Tablespoons Flour.

5. Four Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables.

6. One Cup Beef Broth.

7. One Cup Sour Cream.

8. One Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Boil your small diced potatoes and the garlic until the potatoes are tender. Drain your potatoes and garlic carefully so that you don't lose any of your garlic.

Meantime while the potatoes are cooking you'll want to cook your hamburger until it is brown. Drain your hamburger until it is brown and then drain well. Now stir your flour into the hamburger well.

In the bottom of a 13" X 9" casserole dish add the ground beef after you have sprayed the casserole dish well with vegetable cooking spray. Pat the hamburger out flat with a large spoon. Then pour your thawed frozen vegetables out on top of the hamburger and pat the layer of vegetables out flat with a large spoon.

In a bowl mix together half of the cheese, the potatoes and the sour cream and stir together very well. Once you have everything well mixed together pour it into the prepared baking dish with the ground beef and vegetables. Now pour the left over cheese on top of the other ingredients and bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven. Your Shepherds pie is done when the casserole is hot all the way through and all the cheese is melted.

Allow your Shepherds Pie to set for about 15 minutes before you dish it up and serve it. I really like this version of the Shepherds Pie as does almost everyone I've ever served it to. Once you make it let me know how you liked it in the comments section below.

The Taste And Flavor Of Ground Beef

Believe it or not but the cheaper ground beef will almost always have the best flavor. In most cases your going to cook and drain your ground beef before you use it in a recipe so there really is no reason to buy the more expensive ground beef. Instead go for the flavor and use the cheaper ground beef especially in recipes where your going to be cooking and draining the ground beef before you use it in your recipe.

Simple Ground Beef Casserole

Here's another of my favorite ground beef casseroles. Take four to five potatoes and peel them. Slice them very thin long ways into salted water.

In a large skillet combine one pound of ground beef, a tablespoon of fresh minced garlic, a fourth cup of sweet onion diced fine, and a fourth cup of bell peppers diced fine. Cook all the ingredients in the skillet until the beef is brown and the vegetables are tender. Drain the ground beef mixture well. Did you know that the cheaper ground beef has more flavor because it has more fat in it. Just be sure that you drain your hamburger very well when you brown it.

Prepare a 13" X 9" casserole dish by spraying it with vegetable cooking spray and then pour the ground beef mixture into the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Drain the cut up potatoes and lay them in the casserole dish on top of the ground beef mixture. Pour a large can of cream of mushroom soup out on top of the potatoes and use a spoon to push it down through the potatoes. Pour a cup and a half of shredded pepper jack cheese out on top of the casserole and push it down with a spoon.

Bake your casserole for about 45 minutes in a hot 350 degree oven. You should end up with an oh so wonderful casserole that will have people begging you to make more. You can serve a bowl of sour cream on the side so people can add it to their serving of the casserole if they wish. I love it with the sour cream.
