I would like to present to you the easy recipe for a mouth watering dish of potato. Try it this weekend. Let me know if you like it

This dish is basically originated from the Newar community of Kathmandu which also happens to be one of the favourite foods of most Nepalese.

I would like to present to you the easy recipe for a mouth watering dish of potato.

Ingredients:

500 gms boiled potatoes , peed and cut into cubes

1/2 tbspoon or acc. to your taste

1 tsp Chilly powder

1 tsp Cumin powder

1 tsp Corinder powder

2 tbsp mustard oil ( rato tail)

Instructions:

Take a bowl. Put the cubed potatoes, add salt, chilli, cumin, corinder powder. Marinate it well, slowly adding the oil. Serve cold. Optional: Add 2 small ( 10gms ) of chopped onions and green chillies while marinating.
