Quick, easy and sure to impress!

This great pasta dish looks and tastes like it's from a high-end restaurant. Serve with a small side salad and bread sticks. (These ingredients can be found in any health food store or higher end grocery store.)

1 - 8 oz box DeBoles Jerusalem Artichoke Flour Spaghetti Style Pasta

1 - 25 oz jar Napa Valley Bistro Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

1 - 4 oz Imported Gourmet Non-Pareil Capers

1 - 14 oz bag frozen Large Shrimp (thaw under cold water and remove the tails)

Cook the pasta as instructed on the box. Meanwhile, heat the pasta sauce and capers in a sauce pan. (Add capers to taste, but I use the entire 4 oz jar.) Once the sauce is warm add the shrimp and continue to simmer until the pasta is cooked.

Drain pasta and add shrimp pasta sauce mixture. If you prefer to serve the sauce separately, add a tiny bit of olive oil to the cooked pasta to keep it from sticking.
