Almond Butter Cookies - Thai Chili Flavored
Melt the butter, add the sugar. Mix well. Add the eggs, vanilla and almond butter.
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking aoda
For the Base:
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
Mix the flour into the egg mixture. Fold in the flour mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips
Form into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. I didn't roll them in sugar before I smooshed them. You can if you want, but I forgot.They tasted okay without. A little spicy.
I baked them at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
