2 Bitter Melons (Seeded and Cut into small chunks)

1 Medium Mango (Peeled, seeded and cut into chunks)

1 Medium Apple (Seeded and cut into chunks)

1 Tablespoon of Honey

Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

      Hi Cheryl,

      One person who recently commented on my bitter melon hub suggested to slice and salt the bitter melon. After a while rinse it and then proceed with however it is being used. Supposedly that helps remove some of the bitter taste. Thought you might wish to give it a try.
