Grease and flour a bundt pan, or cake pan and pour in cake batter and bake at 350 degrees until done and sprang back when touched.

Take out let cool for about 15 minutes: Then mix 1 cup powder sugar and about a 1/3 of apples juice and sprinkle in some nutmeg, mix until it becomes a smooth glaze. pour the majority of the glaze around the side of the cake in the pan and pour some on top. Let stand and cool then take a knife as loosen the sides and over turn on to a cake dish. I just came up with this recipe last night, but it turned out really moist, good and tasty. Thank you dahoglund for your visit and comment, but you can use white sugar. if you like, I just prefer brown. Try it,the coloring might be just a little bit different, but the great taste should be the same.Godspeed. creativeone59
