Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk or coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves

Dangerously Easy

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Butter your baking pan. I recommend using an 8x8 glass baking pan.

  3. Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. 1 cup milk or coconut milk, 1/2 cup apricot preserves and 2 cups diced peaches.
  4. Mix until combined. Pour into an 8x8 glass baking pan and cook for 25 minutes.
  5. Eat it!

This looks incredibly delicious... wish me luck in getting my wife to make it for me! I would try myself but sometimes meals that may be dangerously easy end up just plain dangerous when I try them. Thanks for sharing!

It looks amazing! I'm going to have to add this to my list of things to make. Might even move it to the top! Thanks for the inspiration!

Good luck! If you buy some good French vanilla ice cream, I'm sure you won't have a problem getting her to make it for you. Lol, I hope you enjoy it!
