1 cup sour cream, I used greek yogurt because of allergies
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the filling: Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon coffee, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder in a bowl.
Preheat your oven to 350 and butter and flour a 12 cup bundt pan.
Whisk flour, baking soda and powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream sugar, butter, and egg. beat egg in one at a time and then add sour cream (or greek yogurt).
pour cream mixture into flour mixture. Whisk.
Pour 1/3 of mixture into bundt pan. Add half of sugar mixture from the beginning. Pour 1/3 mixture overtop of the filling. Add second half of filling onto that layer. Pour the rest of the cake mix onto that layer.
Place in oven. Bake for 50 minutes.
Let cool for 30 minutes then flip over onto plate. Serve
