Vitamin C: This strengthens the immunity system.

Vitamin E: This slows the ageing process, protects the body tissue from damage caused by unstable substances called free radicals. Free radicals can harm cells, tissues, and organs.

Vitamin K: It is a good antioxidant and helps to reduce the risk of cardio vascular disease. Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin, which boosts the healing process that helps with clotting. It is also known as the clotting vitamin because without it blood would not clot. Some studies have also shown that this vitamin also helps in maintaining strong bones in older age.

MINERALS: Avocados contain essential minerals for human body

Calcium: Essential for bones and teeth.

Magnesium: It serves many important functions in the body like contraction and relaxation of muscles, production of protein, production and transport or energy and controls certain functions of enzymes in the body.

Great post, I would add a few more avocado benfits, such as softer hair,

      smooth skin, less joint problems,

less body odor, better mental state and stronger libido.
