Awesome Gluten Free Weekend
What a gluten free weekend. After nine months of being gluten/wheat free, I was getting a little discouraged, but after this weekend I feel much better. I want to share with my gluten/wheat free friends some of the great foods I found. Friday night we had tacos, I love tacos, as long as you make sure your shells are gluten free, it seems like you are eating a normal meal. We also made a wonderful cheese dip. I melted, in the oven, mozzarella shredded cheese with a three shredded cheese mix, parmesan, asiago, and romano. I found Glutino Gluten Free Bagel Chips to dip in my cheese sauce and it was wonderful!! Saturday morning, I have really missed bagels, but no more, I found in the freezer section Udi's gluten free plain bagels. I toasted the bagel and put cream cheese on it, it was awesome. Saturday dinner time, lets make pizza. I used Classico Traditional Tomato and Basil sauce, mozzarella cheese on Udi's gluten free pizza crusts (freezer section), this was the best pizza I have had so far! Sunday morning, Maple Grove Farms gluten free pancakes and bacon, wonderful. Sunday for dinner, home made chicken soup in the crock pot. I love Glutino, Udi, and Maple Grove Farms, thank you for making these gluten free foods so delicious! Enjoy!
