Awesome Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

Stir Frying is usually referred to the traditional Asian style of cooking which incorporates meat and vegetables being cooked in a pan or wok over high heat, while constantly stirring. There are many different stir fry dishes out there and almost any combination of meat and vegetables can be used. They are not only a quick and convenient ways of cooking dishes, but are considered one of the healthiest because of the low amount of oil (if any is used at all) and fat content in the dishes.

Ingredients List

10 ounces shrimp, peeled

1/2 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp chili flakes

1/2 tbsp garlic, minced

1/2 tbsp ginger, minced

1 small red onion, sliced or wedges

3/4 cup brocooli

2 cups mushrooms, sliced or halved

1/2 red pepper, cubed

1/2 green pepper, cubed

salt and pepper to taste


1. First you will need to rinse the shrimp and make sure it is drained well

2. In a pan or wok, heat the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and 3 tablespoons of the chicken broth over medium heat.

3. Add in the garlic and ginger, until tender

4. Add in all the vegetables to the pan and continue to saute, stirring if you need to at this point add in a little more of the chicken broth if necessary.

5. Add in the shrimp when vegetables are halfway cooked and continue to saute, until shrimp is cooked.

6. Add the lime juice salt and pepper once off the heat and serve with rice or noodles.
