B.B.Q. Bacon Meatball
My plan when I started this recipe is to make my meatballs like I make one of my favorite burgers and the the way I like my burgers are with a hamburger with a little bit of bacon, cheese and some good ole barbecue sauce and that's what I have done ......So come on and and follow me with this recipe.
Ingredients
1 Pound of Ground beef
8 slices of hickory smoked bacon ( chopped very fine )
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
6 tablespoon of water
4 tablespoons of b.b.q sauce
A pinch each of salt, pepper and garlic
1 - 24oz bottle of b.b.q. sauce
1/3 cup of ketchup
6oz can of sprite soda

Methods
First thing first ...grab out your slow-cooker
Spray your slow-cooker with the cooking spray turn it on high heat.
Using a large bowl combine your ground beef and bacon into the bowl then mix well with your hands then add your Parmesan cheese, and your tablespoons of water and b.b.q sauce and mix well then form 1 oz meatballs and place them in the slow-cooker they can stringing just a little bit
Now that your meatball are in the slow-cooker add your bottle of b.b.q. sauce,ketchup and sprite soda along with the pinch of salt, pepper and garlic using a wooden spoon stir a little then place your slow-cooker on low heat for 4 to 5 hours.... then enjoy.
