BBQ Breaded Pork Chops

Quick and easy meal!

These BBQ breaded pork chops are quick, easy and fast! Great for the working mom or dad to have a meal to sit down and eat in 30 minutes or less!

Yields: Serves 6


  • 3 cups BBQ sauce (any you like)
  • 4 cups Japanese Panko Breading
  • 6 Pork Chops (bone out preferably)
  • 1.5 cups Canola Oil
  1. Place BBQ sauce and Panko Breading in 2 seperate medium bowls.
  2. Take thawed bone out pork chops and dip them into the BBQ sauce making sure to coat all over and the sides but not to overcoat or it will ruin the flavor. Repeat for all remaining pork chops.
  3. Take BBQ covered pork chop and place into the Panko breading and cover entire pork chop, making sure to get the sides and provide an even coat. Repeat for all remaining pork chops.
  4. Take 1.5 cups of Canola oil and place into large (preferably 9 in diameter) saute pan and heat at medium until flicking drops of water causes oil to sizzle showing the temperature is high enough.
  5. Place no more then 3 pork chops in the pan at once (you don't want to over crowd or you won't be able to flip them). And leave them be for 4 minutes for thick pork chops and 2 minutes for thin ones.
  6. Flip pork chops and repeat for the opposite side. You should see a nice golden crust on the cooked side.
  7. Once both sides are cooked, remove pork chops and place on a slotted baking rack (Placing on paper towels will cause sogginess) and allow to cool and juices to set.
  8. Serve paired with fresh green beans and seasoned potato wedges!
