Bacon Wrapped Apple and Chicken Tender - Deep Fried
- cooked chicken
- dip sauce
Cut apple into wedges. Remove core, seeds and stem. Cut a chicken tender into 1/4 inch slices. Place a slice of bacon on a flat surface. Place an apple wedge and a slice of chicken together on the end.
Start to roll the bacon over the chicken and apple. Roll snugly. Poke a toothpick through end of bacon to secure end. Poke it all the way through the apple and secure other end of bacon on point of toothpick.
Continue until all are rolled and secure.
Deep fry for 5 minutes, until bacon is crisp.
