How to Bake Apples with Walnuts in Pictures

Baked apples taste is something very dear to many of us. It’s a taste from childhood. I am sure that your mother always baked apples in the oven and there was such a sweet taste in the air of the house and all this small things brought you a lot of happiness. Those memories will stay with you all your life.

Seems to be easy to bake apples, but as we know there are different kinds of recipes for baked apples. And every woman bakes them in her own way.

Apples can be baked whole or cut into pieces; you can just bake it with sugar, cinnamon or with dried apricots,raisins, and nuts. Apples can be baked in caramel, with berry sauce, and cookies and even ice cream! Let’s pay more attention to some of these recipes.

Baked apples with cinnamon and walnuts

What you need (for 4 serving): 8 large apples, sugar, walnuts
How to cookbaked apples with cinnamon and walnuts: Wash apples,remove core.
Mix equal amounts of sugar,raisins and walnuts. Fill the apple with this mixture.
Put on greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated moderate oven for an hour, until the apples does not burst and the filling starts toflow out.
Remove from the oven, serve hot or chilled.

Apples stuffed with dried apricots

How to make: prepare the apples like we did in the previous recipe, then we have to stuff the apples with dried apricots. Bake apples as you wish in the microwave (about 7-8 minutes at the power of 600 W), and in the oven - until done. Ready apples can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
