Sharing My Special Baked Mussels Recipe

I would be glad to share to all of you this exquisite gourmet. This recipe is ideal for the green mussels from New Zealand.
Recipe for four persons:
500g of green New zealand Mussels, frozen or fresh
4 sprigs of parsley
2 big pieces of garlic
breadcrumbs (use one big slice of hard old bread or use a ready made)
grated parmisan cheese about 200 gr. ( mussels adequately covered with cheese is more delicious)
Pre heat the oven turn to 225 degrees centigrade.
Place the mussels in the bake board.
Put chopped parsley to each mussels, finger portion.
Spread some chopped garlic to each mussels with fingers.
Spread the breadcrumbs to each mussels with fingers.
Put some cheese to each mussels like the above procedure.
Put the bake board in the middle of the pre heated oven and bake the mussels for about 20 minutes.
TIP: Put drops of water in the bake board before baking so the mussels will not be dry.
You can put drops of white wine to the mussels just before eating, lemon juice or koriander sauce.
Great menu as a starter with mix green salad and bake bread with olive oil garlic or parsley.
Don't forget the white wine.....
