Have you ever wonder how we grow bean sprouts. Let have a look!

My grands grew bean sprouts and sold in the Vietnamese market. My mum make the best bean sprout ever. I never really do it till these day.

There's a story, repeatedly told in the family that my mum has golden hands. When she was young, before marrying dad, she helped grands growing bean sprouts - and it was too good to be true. Our distributor couldn't sell it in the food market because consumers suspected that it was under chemical influence. Bored of explaining, the distributor sat down and ate them raw. People passing by, saw it and believed her again.
