Before I get started, ok I know this is a crazy title for a hub, but it has been sitting unpublished for months. Dont ask how I came up with the title it is beyond me. (lol).

When using any kind of supplement, there are lots of things that you ought to do however in order to ensure that you have optimal health and maximum results. The Bean and Pasta Salad Receipe

2 cups Rotini pasta

15-oz. can kidney beans

2 cups diced Cojack cheese

4 plum tomatoes, sliced

1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

In large pot of boiling water, cook Rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again. While the pasta cooks, drain and rinse the kidney beans and combine in a large bowl with remaining ingredients. Add drained pasta to salad and toss well. Chill until serving time, or serve immediately.

Vegetarian Chili

1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained

1 (16 ounce) jar Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained

1 (10 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn

1 cup halved zucchini slices

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar Cheese

Mix tomatoes, salsa, beans, corn, zucchini and chili powder in saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese onto bottom of each serving bowl; top with chili. Sprinkle each with additional 2 tablespoons cheese.

    Thank you for another vegetarian hub! I live, a lot, on fruit and whey protein smoothies with spirolina, lecithin, bananas, etc. It takes a change of life diet to stay thin. I too have a bean salad recipe I'll share soon. God bless!

    Adrienne, that wasn't really advice! LOL. The opposite is advised! I guess I choose titles that no one else wants! I've never had a problem with a title being taken, and I bet it's pretty safe to say that no one else used "Beans, Salad and a Lesson!" If they had, you could change it to, "A Lesson with Beans and Salad," or "Tossing Up a Lesson and Bean Salad," or "Lessons learned from Beans and Salad" or "A Bean and Salad Lesson."

    Kim, How do you manage writing the hub first before knowing if the title is going to be available for the hub? That's a pretty good tip. Been wanting to publish the hub for a long time, but with being busy I just didn't have the time to finish writing it before now. I am going to give your advice a try of working backwards.     Guess I'll be buying some green tea and eating more soup! Thanks for the fyi. I'm not sure I understand how you could leave a hub sitting unpublished for so long! I've heard it's better to keep a hub unpublished for better page ranks, but the first thing you have to do when you start is hub is give it a title. I do everything backwards, apparently. By the time I'm ready to publish a hub, I have already written it and found all the links. And the last thing I do is give it a title. By the time I click the "start a new hub" button, I'm close to finished with the hub. Thanks for beans, salad and a lesson, Adrienne.
