Beans and vegetables salad

Ingredients

  • 400g kidney beans
  • 2 bellpepper
  • 50g cucumber
  • 150g cottage cheese
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup corn
  1. If in a can or box, drain the kidney beans and the corn from water
  2. Wash and cut all the vegetables
  3. Mix beans, corn and cut-up vegetables
  4. Add cottage cheese
  5. Mix up, and serve
