Ingredients

  • 1 Beef Tenderloin Roast Beef Tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 branch Rosemary
  • 1 branch Oregano
  • 1 branch Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Onion

Beef Tenderloin

  1. Pat dry beef tenderloin
  2. Rub beef tenderloin with olive oil
  3. Salt & Pepper tenderloin
  4. Rub minced onion over roast
  5. Put fresh herbs in roasting pan
  6. Put grill on top of herbs
  7. Put roast on top of grill in oven
  8. Bake Roast for 15 minutes at 220 degrees
  9. After 20 minutes turn oven up to 425 degrees till done. Depending on how many pounds your roast is will depend when you take it out. Use meat thermometer to let you know when done.
  10. Take out and tent roast with foil for five minutes while you get the side dishes ready. Your roast will cook up to five more degrees once out, so keep this in mind.

      breakfast pop,

      I am putting the video I made on it too. In the video I say to put it in to start at 120 degrees and as in this hub I meant 220 at beginning, then to 425.

      Happy eating because it is amazing. I cook mine till temp on meat thermometer says medium rare. You can do it however you like it.
