Beer Bread Recipe - Easy to Bake

Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 1 hour
Ready in: 1 hour 10 min
Yields: 1 Loaf


  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/4 - 1/2 melted butter


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  3. Stir beer in, but pour slowly to avoid over foaming.
  4. Pour mixture into greased bread pan.
  5. Pour melted butter over mix.
  6. Bake at 375°F for an hour.

      I made this beer bread for my family's Thanksgiving gathering and used Killian's. I always just used a light beer, like Bud Light, but I've got to say using the Killian's made a HUGE impact. It was absolutely delicious, and even my family noticed the difference!
