There is a slight difference in the color of tea produced in china & Japan because Chinese green tea production process includes the roasting of tea leaves in hot pan whereas Japanese green tea production process is steaming and drying. Later its common with both of the process to remove moisture by heat treatment and to pack typically by rolling and re-drying before usage.

I agree with Luis, Great Subject and good information, however, hard to read due to the grammar. I understand the English verb, to have, is difficult to master, and that tense and plurality do not translate well. My favorite is Earl Gray Green.
