Mocha Blends Franchise

Mocha Blends was one of the pioneers in the Philippine café industry. Making the Philippines its home, it set up a roasting coffee house in 2003. MB’s coffee shop business captured the hearts of many by serving their coffee as Mocha’s choice beans for all its espresso-based coffee. They have numerous coffee shops in the Philippines and just started their branch overseas by opening a coffee shop in Indonesia. Mocha Blends is on continual expansion and aiming its mission.

It’s very affordable to franchise Mocha Blends because it’s not yet known worldwide. But it’s already very much patronized here in the Philippines and in Indonesia. Mocha Blends offers three types of franchise: Mocha Blends Pavilion, a full store and a kiosk type. Below are the franchise fees and requirements to franchise Mocha Blends.

Initial franchise fees are:

P 350,000 (Espresso Bar)

Franchise term is up to 5 years renewable.

Royalty is 5% of gross sales.

Estimated franchise investments are:

P 2M (Espresso Bar)
P 3M (Kiosk)
P 5M (Full Store)

Franchise package includes the right to its name, proprietary marks, site selection approval, ongoing support and training of staffs, operational manual and opening assistance.

Figaro Coffee Franchise

Franchsing Figaro coffee shop interests me, too. This coffee house is one of my top five. Their tempting concoctions of coffee are a heartwarming experience. I freaking love their cappuccino, Café Au Lait and of course their Figaro frosts that could fade a tiring day away. I was surprised to know that Figaro sources its coffee locally to help the livelihood of coffee farmers in the country. How patriotic! The pre-qualifications and requirements to franchise Figaro Coffee shop includes your desire, passion and enthusiastic attitude of loving the business, commitment of time and resources to Figaro system, compliance of its franchise rules and standards, and a minimum franchise investment of 5 to 8 million pesos, suitable to your café site and location. The complete franchise application process is discussed to their official website.

Im a coffee lover and tried almost all well known coffee shops.... Still all the same flavor despite we know there are 4 variety of beans to excluding specialty beans like civet varieties. And the only coffee shop that is far different from the rest that I tasted and had a distinctive bold forest flavor is from Barako Haus Bf Homes branch with cheapest price at Php 85 unlimited already and has many choices of beans too including civet beans... Think they are using liberica variety which we know is the rarest of all..I learned they are supplier of 5 star hotels too.. planning to go back to get franchise of my own with their affordable investment package of only Php 3.5M with a function room... Surely Im a winner...

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and Gloria Jean's sound attractive, twentyfive,as a fresh face would do better around this area, than the idea of a franchised fast-food coffee as Starbucks would be seen as;)
