- 500 ml. Orange fruit juice,
- 1 litre Pineapple juice,
- 1.5 litres Lemonade,
- crushed ice,

Pour fruit juices of orange and pineapple into a large jug.
Stir well to mix thoroughly.
Just when you are about to serve, mix and stir in the lemonade.
Pour into tall glasses with crushed ice.

Carrot, Beetroot Cocktail:
500 ml. Carrot juice,
500 ml. Beetroot juice,
1 tsp. Ginger juice,
1 tsp. Lemon juice,
Lot of ice cubes
Put all the ingredients into a large cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly.
Put ice cubes in tall glasses and pour the mixture into them.
Apple Strawberry refresher
250 ml. Apple juice,
100 ml. Strawberry syrup or juice,
1 tbsp. Lime juice,
Put the apple juice, strawberry syrup, lime juice and blackberries in a food processor.
Add some ice cubes and process till smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and decorate with blackberries.
50 ml. Orange juice,
50 ml. Lemon juice,
50 ml. Pineapple juice,
50 ml. Grape fruit juice,
1 teaspoon Ginger juice
Ice cubes as required
Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and pour the orange, lemon, pineapple and grapefruit juice.
Add ginger juice and shake thoroughly.
Strain and pour into tall glasses.
Insert orange slice, lemon slice and cherry on to a toothpick.
Coconut Cream Cocktail
50 ml. Coconut Cream,
100 ml. pineapple juice,
Pineapple pieces thinly cut for decoration.
Place the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice in a food processor.
Process till smooth.
You can also do this in a cocktail shaker.
Pour into tall glasses and decorate with pineapple pieces.
