Sloppy Joe's
Lots of folks have been asking me on my web site http://www.the/ handicapped chef.com
about T.V.Time meals ,A quick meal you can make and then enjoy while watching your favorite television programs. Now to me a T.V.Time meal is a mixture between a appetizer and a brunch something not to fancy but yet comfortable enough that you will forget to sit down at the dinner table and I think just about anyone would love. These also are very ''kid friendly'' and would make a good special treat for kids on a busy homework night. The recipe calls for a 10 ounce can of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, but when I made it there was enough filling leftover for about 6 more sloppy joes. You usually can find the smaller cans ( containing six biscuits each ) so you might want to buy three of those instead of the larger one. This is really very easy, you can make the filling in advance ( even making a lot of it and freezing it if you like .Then all you have to do is get out the biscuits, press them in the muffin pans, put in the filling and bake, putting it on the table in less than a half hour.Another hint spray your muffin pans liberally with pam or other spray coating oils. The cheese will spread out as its melts and if the whole pan isn't greased, you will have a hard time getting the sloppy joes out the pan.
