Chocolate Energy Balls Truffles Recipe Steps
- 1 7 inch round Chocolate cake
- 130 grams Dark chocolate, Grated
- 5 Tablespoon Condensed Milk
- 11 Fresh Almonds
- 100 Grams White Chocolate
- 7 Walnut Kernels
- First you need to melt the fresh dark chocolate in your microwave for at least 1 minute or until it is perfectly melted.
- Now just take it out slowly using cooking gloves & now keep it for a while to just cool down a little. Then put it in a bowl & beat it well.
- After beating a little, you have to add milk to the mixture (2 tablespoons) & mix it well in the bowl.
- Now take a separate plate & Crumble at least ¾ th portion of the chocolate cake & add it to the mixture made in the above mentioned steps. You have to make sure that the cake is fully mixed up with the mixture. Totally dipped & mixed with milk.
- Next step is to grind the walnuts & add them to the mixture made above. After all this is done, take the almonds & mix them in the mixture. The stuff should be properly & well mixed.
- Now put other left ingredients also in the mixture (other than white chocolate) & make small round balls from the mixture. Just ensure that they come up with a proper fixed tight shape. Then just keep on placing the balls in a separate plate one by one.
- Then melt the white chocolate in microwave for at least 1 minute like you did with the dark chocolate. Just ensure that it doesn't gets overcooked.
- Take it out & beat it in a bowl same as done earlier with dark chocolate mixture. Now Add milk to it (2 tablespoons) & mix it well.
- Put the white chocolate mixture in a cone & use it to make different designs on the balls. Generally people make straight white lines as shown in pic on the right side. But, you can make other shapes as well, as per your liking.
- Lastly, chill the chocolate balls after designing them as per your preference. Then just put them in the refrigerator & wait till it cools down. Serve it & Enjoy this tasty yummy recipe. All the Best.

I think this recipe is very good it is also very simple to make. It came from one of my girlfriends. A tip is to swirl the oreo balls in the white chocolate and not dunk them in. You could also use milk chocolate instead of white. So do try it out.
1. You can also use fresh cream in place of condensed milk in the above recipe mixtures.
2. You can also make “Coconut Chocolate Balls”, by mixing sliced coconut in the mixture. Rest same as done in case of Dark Chocolate Balls. (Shown in the Pic)

Compounds in chocolate also increase the release of mood-affecting chemicals, including serotonin, endorphin and phenylethylamine, similar to those released during exercise or romance. The phenylethylamine increases the heartbeat and releases feelings of well-being. Feelings of cheerfulness are also brought about by the distribution of serotonin, dopa mine and nor adrenaline.
