  • 1 7 inch round Chocolate cake
  • 130 grams Dark chocolate, Grated
  • 5 Tablespoon Condensed Milk
  • 11 Fresh Almonds
  • 100 Grams White Chocolate
  • 7 Walnut Kernels

  1. First you need to melt the fresh dark chocolate in your microwave for at least 1 minute or until it is perfectly melted.
  2. Now just take it out slowly using cooking gloves & now keep it for a while to just cool down a little. Then put it in a bowl & beat it well.
  3. After beating a little, you have to add milk to the mixture (2 tablespoons) & mix it well in the bowl.
  4. Now take a separate plate & Crumble at least ¾ th portion of the chocolate cake & add it to the mixture made in the above mentioned steps. You have to make sure that the cake is fully mixed up with the mixture. Totally dipped & mixed with milk.
  5. Next step is to grind the walnuts & add them to the mixture made above. After all this is done, take the almonds & mix them in the mixture. The stuff should be properly & well mixed.
  6. Now put other left ingredients also in the mixture (other than white chocolate) & make small round balls from the mixture. Just ensure that they come up with a proper fixed tight shape. Then just keep on placing the balls in a separate plate one by one.
  7. Then melt the white chocolate in microwave for at least 1 minute like you did with the dark chocolate. Just ensure that it doesn't gets overcooked.
  8. Take it out & beat it in a bowl same as done earlier with dark chocolate mixture. Now Add milk to it (2 tablespoons) & mix it well.
  9. Put the white chocolate mixture in a cone & use it to make different designs on the balls. Generally people make straight white lines as shown in pic on the right side. But, you can make other shapes as well, as per your liking.
  10. Lastly, chill the chocolate balls after designing them as per your preference. Then just put them in the refrigerator & wait till it cools down. Serve it & Enjoy this tasty yummy recipe. All the Best.

Health benefits of Chocolate you should know-

(For those who think it's Unhealthy)

Health Benefits
Chocolate is rich in Flavonoids. Flavonoids contain some ingredients which help in smooth flow of blood in your body. Apart from these it also helps a lot to bring the cholesterol level low in your body. In case you smoke cigarette a lot, then your blood contains a lot of free radicals. Flavonoids help to remove these radicals also. This free radical damage has the potential to increase LDL-cholesterol oxidation and plaque formation on the arterial walls. It is found a lot in plants, including Cacao, in its original form. They act to protect the plant from environmental toxins as well as repair damage to it. Overall, a very important thing for your body.
Improves Blood Flow in Body
Another important feature of chocolate is that it removes the blood clotting in your blood which ensures that blood is full with oxygen & easily flowing in body, especially heart because these clotting’s in heart cause heart attacks. Also, it helps a lot to lower your blood pressure & stable it to a normal level. This means that the blood will take longer to clot, which reduces the risk of coronary artery blockages.
Vitamins is something which people think is not in chocolate, but they are wrong. Chocolate has a lot of important nutrients such as potassium, magnesium and vitamins D, E, B 1 and B 2. These vitamins help in stabilizing your body functioning & cures your body from any hurts i.e. it works as an antiseptic.
Other Healthy Benefits
Compounds in chocolate also increase the release of mood-affecting chemicals, including serotonin, endorphin and phenylethylamine, similar to those released during exercise or romance. The phenylethylamine increases the heartbeat and releases feelings of well-being. Feelings of cheerfulness are also brought about by the distribution of serotonin, dopa mine and nor adrenaline.
