Looking for a protein shake that loaded with antioxidants? Here is a great blueberry and dark chocolate protein shake that is loaded with antioxidants and also tastes great. This shake is great for a quick breakfast, a mid-afternoon meal replacement, or a post workout recovery shake. Plus this shake can be made in less than five minutes so it is perfect for those of us on the go.

  • 8oz Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1- Scoop Protein powder
  • 1- Cup Frozen blueberries
  • 2- Tbsp Fat free cool whip
  • 1-Tbsp Dark chocolate chips
  • 4-5 Ice cubes
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until desired smoothness. Pour in to chilled glass. Serve and enjoy.
