This is a dish that can evolve into your all time favorite dish, after all you are the creative mind making it. Heat up a wok with some olive and toasted sesame oil and throw in your favorite vegetables and cook.....stir......repeat......then eat!

Yields: serving of 4

My specific ingredients.....feel free to go rogue

  • 1 head bok choy
  • 2 sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oi
  • 1/2 diced jicama
  • 1 package baby white whole mushrooms
  • 1 pinch each salt and pepper


  1. Heat wok and combine oils. Add 2/3 of the oil mix to heating wok.
  2. Place chopped up vegetables in mixing dish and mix with rest of oil and salt and pepper.
  3. When wok and oil add vegetables. Stir on occasion and remove when wok chow is starting to wilt.
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
