I found this Sofrito recipe on YouTube by Ida Sweets and Beyond. This women is amazing and her cooking style reminds me of my grandmother and mother. I needed to know the how to make sofrito and my mom was nowhere to be found so I decided to google the recipe and came across hers. She has been very inspiring and I hope to meet this lady one day so I can taste her cooking in person lol. Follow Ida on YouTube and Facebook Sweets and Beyond.
