Butter or Margarine - which one is better for my health?

Neither are better for your health, I eat "Buttery Spreads" like “SMART BALANCE®” and “I CAN’T BELIEVE ITS NOT BUTTER®.” These products are very low in bad cholesterol and high in good cholesterol. Some do not contain any bad cholesterol at all and no Trans Fats either. These "Buttery Spreads" also contain and are very high in OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS, FLAX SEED OIL, FISH OIL and other very GOOD VEGETABLE OILS, like Olive Oil. These "Buttery Spreads" are very heart friendly and healthy! Margarine is better that true butter, but not by much. But neither are good for you as the "Buttery Spreads". The "Buttery Spreads" ARE actually good for you heart and they taste just like the real thing too!........As Fabbio would say....."I can't believe it's not BOOATAH!"
