Cajun Chicken Sandwich

You need


1 pound (1/2kg) boneless, skinless chicken

3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp Butter

2 toasted buns, split

You can prepare Cajun seasoning yourself


1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp  garlic powder

1 tsp  onion powder

11/2 tsp  paprika

1 tsp  dried oregano

3 tsp  cayenne pepper


Combine all spices and blend. You can store in a firmly closed jar and use them withen 2 weeks to make sure they wont lose the taste



Preheat a skillet over high heat 

 Dredge chicken in Cajun seasoning.

Place small amount of butter in skillet and place seasoned chicken breasts in skillet.

Cook until seasoning becomes black, then turn and cook until it's well done.

Cut chicken to 1 inch slices and arrange On the bottom of toasted buns,

Add a slice of tomato and some mozzarella cheese over chicken and place lettuce on top

 Cover with the other bun halves

      |Cajun is a mix of some spices used to season chicken and you can prepare them your self,it's made of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried orange and cayenne powder (if you like chilly taste), you just blend them in a blender and go
