Honey is typically produced in northern region of Alberta. The world's largest bee located at north of Edmonton. About 50,000 hives in this regional produce over 4 million kilograms yearly.

- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Runny Honey
- 4 oz Lemonade
- 1 cup raspberries
- Put ice into a cocktail shaker
- Add Gin into the shaker
- Slowly add runny honey into the cocktail shaker
- Add lemonade
- Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice
- Garnish with some raspberries
