New york style sausage pizza from Cedar's restaurant

Cedar's restaurant in Greensboro, North Carolina

Along West Market Street in Greensboro, North Carolina is a small and simple, nondescript restaurant named Cedar's restaurant with a black and white checkered floor on the interior. Rarely crowded, you can walk right up to the counter at this restaurant and quickly place your order. If your order is to go, you might have a wait and can readily choose to take a seat in the restaurant to wait or go back outside and wait in your car. Cedar's restaurant offers a wide array of choices of Italian fare, mainly pizza.

Cedar's restaurant offers a fair deal

Within the city of Greensboro, North Carolina, Cedar's restaurant should really be considered a top choice for pizza. Believe me when I say that at Cedar's pizza, you can get good quality authentic New York style pizza at a fair price. The Cedar's restaurant often shares coupon deals with patrons. Many of these coupon deals can be found on-line either at Cedar's restaurant website or other promotional and marketing websites such as

For $25, at Cedar's restaurant, you can potentially purchase the amount of food that you would pay $35 or even $40 for at other pizzerias in the Greensboro, North Carolina area. A favorite ongoing deal at Cedar's restaurant is: a large one topping New York style pizza, ten pieces of wings and a 2 liter soda of your choice for $25. To my family, this appears as a fair deal and we enjoy it. Cedar's restaurant also offers local restaurant delivery options to your door in addition to the dine-in and takeout options.

When choosing the one included topping for the pizza, we usually like to get sausage on our pizza.

The 2 liter soda that we usually choose is Sprite. For the wings, there are also many options available. Pictured below are wings that we once ordered from Cedar's restaurant. They were delicious and what you can consider "original" flavor because there was no added sauce on top of the chicken wings but you can potentially get added sauce such as a honey glaze sauce or garlic parmesan sauce. We have tried the chicken wings with both of those sauces and they are quite good. Additionally and especially if you get the chicken wings in the plain or original flavor, you can select an added dipping sauce or dressing such as ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Great chicken wings from Cedar's restaurant

Even in that original or plain flavor, the chicken wings from Cedar's restaurant are very tasty and flavorful. You can see the specks of black pepper in the photo of the chicken wings.

Many menu options at Cedar's restaurant in Greensboro, NC

In addition to our own family favorite: the large one topping New York style pizza, wings and 2 liter soda deal for $25, there are many other menu options available at Cedar's restaurant in Greensboro, North Carolina.

For example, there is a delicious lobster ravioli that I have tried at Cedar's restaurant. There are also many other pasta options as well as sandwich options. The Italian sub is very good. The side salads and larger salads are all fresh and delicious and the dessert options are very good as well.

If you come to the area and are looking for a good restaurant, you will enjoy ordering from Cedar's restaurant in Greensboro and you will find that you save money compared to many other restaurants specializing in pizza as well.
