Char-broil infrared gas grill
The newest generation of barbecue grills are the Infrared grills. IR were invented and introduced in the 1980s by a company named TEC, which held the patent for their invention. The infrared grills are based on the principle of heating through radiation (radiant heating). Unlike barbecuing through conduction or convection there is not a loss of flavor with high radiant heating. This makes the whole process faster and also energy effective.
Charbroil grills have different practical uses for the infrared grill technology.
