Cheesy Hash Brown Kielbasa Bake

There are a lot of recipes that you can make out there, here's one that is a tasty, yet a filling meal. This will fed a family of 5 the entire cost of the meal cost about $10- $12.

Should resemble the image with kielbasa and spinach and cheese, you can be creative.


  • 1 Bag Ore Ida, Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 Package Polish Sausage Kielbasa, Cut in bite size Chunks
  • 1 Bag Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup Onions, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Evaporated Milk or Milk
  • 1 Pinch Salt Or Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 9x13 Baking Pan


  1. Thaw hash browns and spinach about half hour. In a lg bowl add kielbasa, dice onions, hash browns, spinach salt, pepper and 3/4 bag of cheddar cheese mix well. In a 9x13 baking pan coat the bottom with 2 tbs of melted butter.
  2. Add your mix and spread evenly in the pan add the additional cheddar cheese to the top,then add 3 tbs of butter across the top. Drizzle 2 tbs of of evaporated milk across the top, bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
