Chicken Mushroom Quesadilla

Quick Chicken Mushroom Quesadillas

A fun recipe, kids will love you for it. Quick and easy make after a busy day, who wants to cook a full blown meal? When you can whip these up in 30 minutes.







This Is What You Need!


  • 6 0z Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 2 can Mushrooms
  • 2 slice Onion
  • 1 Package of 10 inch Flour Tortilla Shells
  • 2 Slice of American (Per Quesadilla) Cheese
  • 2 Slice of Pepper Jack (Per Quesadilla) ) Cheese
  • 1 tsp Butter

How to Make Em!

You will need a Griddle and fry pan for this, if you don't have a griddle you can use two fry pans.

Wash your chicken and cut into 1/4 inch sliced cubes. Dice your onions small.

In a fry pan add a light coat of butter then add your chicken and cook till done with a light sear on it. Put on a plate and set it aside.

Heat up your griddle or fry pan lightly buttered, on your griddle or fry pan start adding your full shells to the griddle.

Add your cheese, 2 slices of American cheese to the right side of the shell and 2 slices of Pepper Jack cheese to left side your shells, add your chicken to the shells about 2 table spoons or less, then add your mushrooms and onions.

Fold the shell and cook for about 2 minutes and flip over and cook the other side for 2 minutes. Put your cooked shells on cutting board cut like your would a pizza. You can add sour cream to finish the dish for dipping.That's all there is to it.

Great fast meal at home. everyone will love, this will feed a family of 4
