Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry
Here are your Ingredients!
2 thick boneless chicken breasts butter-fly and cut into 1/4 inch strips.
3tbs of "Lite Soy Sauce"
1/2 Bag of Carrots Frozen
1/2 Bag of Broccoli Cut Frozen
1/2 Bag of cut Green Beans Frozen
1/4 Bag of leaf Spinach Frozen
1/2 Bag of Sweet Peas Frozen
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
4 tbs of Butter

Here's how you put it together
In a frying pan add olive oil and Butter on med heat to melt the butter and get the olive oil hot. Add your Chicken strips and cook until done Add pepper and salt to season.
Mix in you vegetables and 3tbs of lite soy sauce and place a lid on the pan and cook and simmer until tender about 10 minutes, or so. A quick way to make stir fry easy and very little mess. This is a Hearty healthy Meal on a budget, go ahead and compliment this meal with white or brown rice and enjoy it.
