  • 1/2 kg Chicken Wings
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Bar b q Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • 2tbsp Garlic Mayo
  • 2tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
  • Oil, To deep fry wings
  1. In a pan, heat oil and deep fry chicken wings until they are tender. Once the wings are tender, take them out on a plate and keep them aside.
  2. In another pan, take 1/4 cup oil and put it on low flame. Add red chilli flake, chilli garlic sauce, bar b q sauce, garlic mayo, chilli sauce, soy sauce and worcester sauce. Mix them together and cook it for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add fried chicken wings to the red sauce. Cook them until the sauce thickens.
  4. Lastly, take the chicken wings out on a platter and garnish them with sesame and green onions.
