How to make Chicken and Mushroom Soup

Chicken and Mushroom Soup can be served at home or for any occasion especially on cold season. It is good for children, adults, and especially someone who has illness.


4 oz chicken breast
1 oz dried mushrooms
4 cups broth

Marinade for chicken:

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp wine
1 tsp cornstarch

Cooking Directions:

Cut chicken and dried mushrooms into thin strips. Marinate chicken. Boil mushrooms using the broth. Keep the broth away from the burner and add the marinated chicken. Do not stir it all at once so that the cornstarch will not be rubbed off. Return the broth then heat it until chicken is done. Simmer it for one more minute. Serve it hot.

Variation:  Drop in egg white and any vegetable.
