Chocolate Mouthwatering Bread Pudding

Yields: Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 5 slices Bread
  • 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Benjamins Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. Benjamins Rosewater
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Benjamins Nutmeg, or Cinnamon (optional)

Method

  1. Arrange bread in a buttered baking pan or dish.
  2. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Pour mixture over bread and let stand for 10-15 minutes
  3. Press bread so that it soaks up milk mixture.
  4. Bake at (350 degrees) for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in pudding comes out clean, and top is brown.
