Although chocolate is eaten for the sake of taste across the world, but it's also good for health. Obviously it has negative effects on health as well, most prominent of which is obesity. However, it has some health benefits, which make it worth eating. One of the most pronounced plus points of chocolate is its effectiveness in the treatment of cough. It's also intensely beneficial for blood circulatory system as well as brain. Chocolate shake is very popular these day, especially among kids. Here is a simple recipe for chocolate shake:

Pure Chocolate 1 Bar

Ice cream 1 Cup

Pistachio 3-4 crushed

Almonds 3-4 crushed

Fresh sweet cream 1 table spoon

Red Cherries 2

Milk 1 Glass

Small Chocolate balls

Banana Half cut into slices

Apple 4 slices chopped

Ice cubes 2-3

5 minutes

Take chocolate, milk, ice cubes and ice cream in blender, and blend them till they make a smooth mixture.

Add apple, banana, pistachio, almonds and chocolate balls, and mix slowly with spoon.

Pour fresh sweet cream over the top and put cherries.

You can change the recipe according to your wish. For instance, you can add grapes or toffees. You may also add cherries or chopped strawberries; it's all about creativity!

You can enjoy this shake on Christmas, birthday parties or whenever you like to. It's very healthy, because it contains milk, fruits and cream.
