Coconut Dessert recipes # 1. Coconut burfi recipe:
Ingredients:
- Coconut - 1 whole
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon
- Water - 1 1/2 cups
- Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
- Cashwenut - 5 make it as a paste
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
How to make coconut burfi:
1. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan and add grated coconut.
2. Fry the coconut for about 1 minute. Keep it separate for later use.
3. Take another vessel and add water, cardamom powder and sugar. Keep it simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Now add grinded cashewnuts, and coconut.
5. Keep the stove on lower flame and stir well for about 5 to 8 minutes. Turn the stove off when the mixture becomes thick.
6. Pour into the ghee or oil smeared plate.
7. When it is cold, cut into squares or traingles and serve.
8. Delicious coconut burfi is ready.

Coconut Dessert recipes # 2. Suliyam coconut sweet:
Ingredients:
- Gram Dhal- 1 cup
- Jaggery powdered - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Maida - 1 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Salt - little bit
- Oil for frying
How to suliyam coconut sweet:
1. Pressure cook gram dal for up to 4 whistle.
2. Grind into a smooth paste.
3. Add 2 teaspoons of oil and add grinded gram dal, cardamom powder, coconut and jaggery.
4. Stir well until the mixture turns thick.
5. When it cools, make small suliyam balls.
6. Take small bowl, add maida, salt and 3/4 cup of water.
7. Dip the suliyam balls in maida and deep fry in oil.
8. Delicious suliyam coconut is ready to eat.
